Planet Fitness of Westboylston has welcomed me and improved my health considerably The staff are super helpful and very polite. I am a disabled woman with very weak muscles.They were so very kind and encouraged me to do muscle strengthening exercises on my legs to prevent me being wheelchair bound. Of course I showed them my note from my Doctor directing such a program and the even welcomed my service dog .Manager Adonis is an excellent man to be in charge of operations John also very helpful kind and empathic.All staff have always been professional Thank you for your excellent service I encourage all persons on all fitness levels to go to this location. If i can do it and feel like I belong i know you will enjoy the experience as well.

Very-well maintained facility, always well-staffed - who are helpful, if you need them - have plenty of machines, constantly busy. Very comfortable atmosphere for every to work out in. Ive noticed them bringing in new/updated machines over the past 1-2 months, so they are not sitting idly by. Good price as well for all that they offer. I didnt go with the $20 black card membership, only the $10/month one, read over the contract and had no issues with their procedures. If you dont read over what you sign, then invariably youll get things to surprise you.

Called to cancel my membership after the year was over. Told me it was cancelled. 4 months later, still being charged. Called the owner he was very rude and said they dont cancel over the phone I would have had to sent a letter, but yet today he told me it was cancelled, over the phone and wont refund my money. It was nice while I went there but clearly the owners dont know what theyre doing and theyre money hungry. Be careful what you sign up for

I have the 19.99 a month plan. What they didnt tell me was they charge an extra $39.00 once a year at random. Be aware of this or you could bounce a check because of this hidden fee. When I called about it they said they have gotten lots of calls and all their customers had forgotten about the extra fee. Funny how that is!

It says in the contract when you sign....its not hidden. they will charge your once every 6 months, after the monthly plan you choose, all depends. Its a great place, high volume of guests, and staff is helpful. I just wished they had a trainer on site your can work with.

This gym rocks! Whoever owns this franchise cares about the place. Visit the Shrewsbury location for a comparison. The staff is excellent, its clean and there are multiple units of up to date popular equipment so you seldom have to wait to use one. Highly recommended.

I have been going to planet fitness for over ten years. What I like best is the reciprocal use of other PFs. I travel a lot and there is usually one close by. This one is a good one. Pretty busy, staff is usually friendly. WiFi, filtered water in the fountain.

Well thats just aint right im definitely going to ask them about that thanks for the information.. but all in all it is a great place to workout wish they had more open floor space though..

Very clean, never too busy. Staff is very helpful. Doesnt have that "gym smell" that Ive smelt at other establishments. Good location.

They have a lot of equipment. Ive gone to other PF . never as nice . Even the locker room is cleaner and looks new .
