I highly recommend the Monday “Butts & Guts” class with Krystina Benson. This class is lots of fun, effective and safe (great music) And no two sessions are alike . This prevents boredom and exercise burnout, time goes by quickly and we are easily motivated to come back for more. Beginners fit in easily. Additionally Krystina Benson is also a fantastic personal trainer at the Gym and someone who I strongly recommend. She is very knowledgeable, approachable and can help you safely achieve your goals. The Gym & membership are very lucky to have her talent. I also recommend the Wednesday “Body Blast” class with Allison Kozelka-Weeks. This class is lots of fun, effective and safe. This class moves along at a great pace and before you know it the class is over. Beginners also fit in easily. Hopefully the Gym will consider offering a 2nd Butts & Guts class during the week or on a Saturday morning which would likely be a huge success as these classes are extremely full and sometimes you cant get scheduled into the class because it is so popular. Hope this review helps anyone who is at all hesitant about signing up for classes or training. Sue LeBlond

The gym facilities were acceptable. I relocated out of state and thats when the nightmare began. After sending in my certified letter to cancel my membership, I got a call stating my account still had a balance and could not be canceled. A dozen calls and requests to speak with someone regarding my billing situation have gone unanswered. Each time Im told the billing person is not in, they cannot tell me what the persons schedule is, and they will take a message. The account has been sent to collections so now Im getting those harassing phone calls as well. My next step is small claims court. Unlike some of the unfortunate folks who have had similar issues, I do have the means to return to the area, and if necessary, endure a prolonged legal action. I will not be bullied by, at best, deceptive practices, and likely fraudulent billing and illegal contracts. I would strongly discourage using this facility.

A decent gym but they are not always consistent with some of the classes which is very frustrating when they cancel it when you show up. The reason I am giving it a one-star review is their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought a friend to use my guest pass and they put her through the ringer before letting her do a yoga class we were excited about. Instead of allowing her to try out the gym (the whole point of the guest pass), they spent 15 minutes trying to get her to sign up on the spot (read: take her money and trap her in a contract, which according to the other reviews on here is no easy thing to cancel) and wouldnt let her in. Anyway, she probably would have gotten a membership there, but after the sketchy, almost bullying way that were trying to get her to sign up on the spot, she is going elsewhere. I cant say I blame her.

People do NOT sign up! Huge scam. My husband and I signed up month ago, agreement never was sent to us as it suppose to, month later we got charge on our credit card of $90. Called them asking what is that all about they said we agreed to some fees, I said we never agreed to anything as we never got our agreement, they ent it 3 weeks later and said if you dont agree cancel it within 3 days which we did since we didnt agree with fees and now they saying that this was our fault that we had to seeking for them to send us agreement and make them basically do their work. We all have a jobs we going to gym to work out not to hunt receptionists for agreement! This people try to sign you up and after they will be charging your card whatever they want. Be very careful with these people.

Gym didnt seem bad. Cancelling is a pain and the staff was never helpful when i called. i moved out of state and canceling was a nightmare. maybe the owner is great and likes his gym but he should probably train his staff better. My feeling is that you stay in business because of all the new people coming in every year for school that dont know any better. Im recently moving back to area. Guess what gym im not joining.. Would not recommend... I understand the cancelling policy.. but i felt like they tried to rob every last dollar they could get away with by making cancelling so hard. Maybe its time to re-think your cancelling policy or at least be more helpfull

if I could I wouldnt give it any stars! I was NEVER told that I needed to send in a damn certified letter to cancel my membership and that it takes up to 31 days to go through! I live in Miami florida now I dont have time for this BS and every time I call the manager is never in! worse gym ever! I would not recommend it! cardio express is cheaper and a lot better! i sent the dang letter the 18th they take the payment out the 17th so they just called me on the 6th to tell me they charged me for febuary and they get to charge me on march because they got the certified letter one day later! they are just money hungry worst gym ever stay away!

I have always loved Super Future Fitness. I have gone there off and on forever and they are always adding new exciting incentives including spinning, aerial yoga, TRX classes, Zumba, and new equipment! In addition, it has been privately owned for 20 years so there are always faces you recognize! The gym is huge so there is always plenty of equipment to use, even at its busiest times! There are mentions here about the cancellation policy being difficult but this is practiced in gyms across the world! You sign a contract agreeing to this so pay attention to what you sign and its pretty simple! Highly recommend Super Future Fitness!

First off the staff SUCKS! Everytime you want to just go tanning certain staff members give you attitude. You can schedule tanning appointments online and you STILL have to wait...The tanning beds are nasty also and half the time the bulbs are burned out. The gym it self is small and dirty. It has a slightly creepy atmosphere...Plus the location isnt great, with it being next to a bar on some nights you cant get a parking spot. Plus the hours are NOT convenient at all! Plus they dont tell you that your signing up for a year contract so now Im stuck paying for 2 gyms, one I refuse to go to....

Joined the gym just for the weekday morning spin class which they just canceled. I felt the price was fair for the fact that I would get 4 spin classes per month out of it, but now I will get nothing out of the gym since they offer no other early morning classes. Its filthy, they are always canceling babysitting hours and classes. They dont keep up the equipment. Just dont join here, go to Cardio Express or another gym in the area, just DONT sign a contract here, you will never be able to get out of it.

Google made me give it one star to review, I surely wouldnt even have given them that. NEVER, EVER get a membership here. Getting OUT of this TERRIBLE membership is such a run around. Ive sent not one, not two, but THREE certified letters, to include relocation orders for the military and yet these idiots still think its ok to charge my account. The first one they refused to sign for, the second "may have gotten misplaced" and the third they still are charging my account.
