The gym is not clean. It seems like its been a long time since anyone has cleaned the place. There usually is broken equipment somewhere which takes forever to get fixed. The gym is small, really small and at peak times there is not a place to do floor exercises. Its usually monopolized by the weight lifting crowd. When its really hot outside, like 80 or 90 degrees they dont turn on the air conditioning so people working out are baked. I had been using the trainer service they offered but all the guy did was try to sell me some kind of protein drink, and trying to get out of that contract was a nightmare. Ive been a customer for a long time and I can see its really going downhill.

Carefully read the Contract! They mislead My wife and Sister-in-law into believing there would be no problem cancelling there membership. The membership ends Sept 29th. In reality what they did not say but was in the fine print....they would give them a deal to continue their membership otherwise they would have to pay an additional month plus maintenance fees to cancel the membership. They will happily screw you over, so be very careful with this gym

My wife is trying to get out of her contract because the gym is so poorly run. Managers change week to week, and you cant get wipes for equipment or paper towels in the bathroom. 2 weeks ago the cable was out due to bill not being paid. When she spoke to the manager she received nothing but passive aggressive responses. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else!!

More than 20 phone call and no one gets back to you. Very poorly run and when you want to stop your membership they ignore you and just keep taking your money. Words that come to mind cheat, steeling,ignorant. Be careful
