My five year old enjoys the class, but the class isnt really very good. The teacher is a wonderful person who likes the children. But she sets up the class in a way such that no skill is ever repeated. So the kids never master anything. Now, I dont really care that real gymnastics is not learned. But the real pity is that while one child is getting help from the teacher, all the others are standing around doing nothing. It doesnt have to be that way. ALSO- the physical location is a pit. The building smells, as gyms are wont to do. But it is never cleaned. There is old junk in piles everywhere. I might have signed up for the next term, but as the parent I just hate going there. Bleh.

Ive been doing gymnastics for ten years, eight of which have been at Northern Lights. I absolutely love it there. The coaches are amazing and I learn a ton, while still having fun. Northern Lights is like my second home.
