Due to their continuing decline in quality of equipment, and decline in classes and benefits, we (wife and I) decided to cancel our memberships. I called on 2/2/17 to cancel then I was told they needed 30 days, so I would have to pay for Feb. That was fine, I sent my wife in with the keys to get our deposits on them on 3/1/17, they said we own them and that it was not a deposit, but a purchase, despite being told on enrollment that I would get the deposit back for the keys. Fine, whatever, so when they billed me on 3/13/17, they claimed that I didnt try to cancel until 3/1/17. The mgr Paula told me "too bad" we have no record of you wanting to cancel. When I offered them my phone records, she said that even with the phone records, theres no proof you requested cancellation! AND PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... Crap equipment, not enough of it, crap service!

I find it insulting that students are subject to 50% discount and ACTIVE DUTY military only get 20%, they sell Wounded Warrior Project shirts to claim they "support" the military. This is not supporting the military at all. You have people risking their lives day in and out but no students get the 50% discount. Its disgusting

Great facility. When it gets busy, theres not enough shower stall for everyone. Not crowded. I work out in the morning as well as the afternoon avg about 45 mins. per session. No gym is perfect. Its up to you to make the most of it. I lost over 70lbs in a short 4-5 months at the gym. From 244 lbs to 172 lbs.

One of the least expensive gyms in the area. Facilities are basic, but the showers and bathrooms are private, so thats a plus. There are only 4, so they can get busy for the pre-work crowd. A smattering of classes included with membership, personal trainers on site, open 24 hours.
