The location and hours are great. For the location its right off the highway which which is very convenient. The parking is also good. For the hours if youre an earlier riser and want to get your cardio done in the morning before work its open at 4am on weekdays. If you want a later night workout its open until 11pm during the weekdays also. Its generally not too busy so theres not a lot of wait time for machines which there is quite a variety of. The only downside is if you do choose free weights it can be busy at times. And the machines in that section are used a lot on during busy hours. A friendly and helpful staff makes being there all that much more a great experience. So for the price and the benefits included its a great deal.

I was charged twice in the same month for March.. They appoligized for the mistake and gave me a free month.. Then in May I was charged twice again.. The second time was for more than the first. I pay for me and my girlfriend so thats 42 bucks each after I already paid the 22 each. They overdrafted my account with the second withdrawal costing me a total of 142.00. They will do nothing and said that I owed them for last month(april). I went to cancel both of us and it cost me another 58 each... I feel like Ive been robbed.. The people and place are nice but the company they use for theyre transactions is garbage and no one will own up to it... Id rather lift rocks then go there to lift weights again.

Checked it out, the memberships are scams to get your account numbers then you have idea what they do as soon as they no longer make profit they will lock up and move on. Not much of a gym more of Social club

The staff is nice the equipment is great and its much bigger inside than is looks, dont be discouraged by all the cars, Im not sure where those people actually are; but its not in the gym.

Nice Clean, place to workout, the equipment is always new and the Staff is always willing to help. Great place to stop in after work.
