Very rude and unprofessional when cancelling a membership. Said only way to cancel was to come in in person. I said I was on vacation and asked if they could be mailed to my house. Spoke with both Steve and Bruce and he said just come in when back. I said I wouldnt be back in time and didnt want to be forced to pay another month. He said sorry can only do it in person. I asked again why they couldnt be mailed. After speaking with both of them for 30 minutes Bruce finally says fine just mail in a letter. He could have said this from the beginning instead of beating around the bush and trying to play hardball. Come to find out it is acceptable and legal to send a certified letter to cancel a gym membership. He will do anything to inconvenience you when trying to cancel a membership and it seems based on past review hes been doing this for years. Be wary of joining. I wouldnt want to be someone who moves and wants to cancel their membership with them. Not the best way to run a business!!

The gym itself was nice to attend for free on friday nights, however I was extremely discerned when I went to apply for a membership and was told about a maitence fee and contract I would have to sign as well as giving them my bank account information, as they "dont accept cash", after being told there were no hidden fees and contracts and itd only be 30$ a month. Suppose Ill spend my money that wouldve covered those hidden fees and a membership on gym equipment and save some money & my time.
