If youre not looking for anything fancy, this is a cheap place to do it. No free weights (other than dumbells), and the place is smaller than my apartment, but it does the trick if youre just looking for some quick workouts. Usually busiest around 6:00 - 7:00pm; its tough to get equipment around those times. Any other time of the day Ive never had a problem.

They are open 24 hours - which is super convenient! The place is always clean, very organized and the staff is super helpful. Matt is an awesome trainer, very patient and a great motivator. Although this is not a big location, they have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. Love this gym!!!

Been a member for over a year now, pricey compared to other gyms but 24/7 is very helpful. Small gym but nice variety of equipment, many free weights now, theyve expanded since that guys review got classes now never really packed but can be difficult around 530-7pm

I absolutely love this gym. They have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. Its open 24hours too which is really good and theres no crazy contracts involved like with others gyms in worcester.

Great value in having a membership here, lots of different machines and a decent open space for ground work. Would highly recommend for someone who wants their money worth.

After I quit they continued to automatically deduct membership dues from my checking account. They took a total of $279 after I quit and dont call me back.
