I got a gel manicure and pedicure last week by Kelsey after purchasing a Groupon. She was very sweet but the atmosphere was not what I expected. The didnt have actual pedicure chairs, instead they filled up a "pedi bath" which is essentially a basin full of water and used that for the pedicures while you are sitting on an elevated bench with some pillows. I also didnt notice her using a clean nail file/clean tools which should have been a red flag. My toes did come out nice so I dont want to complain about that and they have lasted me a week so far, Im hoping to get at least a month out of them. But as I am getting my pedicure done, a mouse came scurrying across the salon and everyone just pretends like it didnt just happen. From a sanitary aspect, I was not happy with the salon at all. I then go over to the station to get a gel manicure. It was nothing special but got the job done. I loved the color and was hoping they would last me a few weeks as they should and have when done by other salons. By day 2, the polish was already peeling off my nail on a few of my fingers. I called and they had me come in to get it fixed, which I did and was grateful they were willing to do so free of charge. Its only been a few days since getting my nails fixed and only 3 have polish left on them. I have never left a review for any place before but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.

I came here before to get my hair done for a friends wedding and when I saw a Groupon for a package of 3 facials with Kelsey, I figured it was worth a try. Kelsey went above and beyond! Im not the kind of person who can even take naps during the day but I swear Ive almost fallen asleep during facials they are so relaxing! I think the key is that she tailors your experience to what youre looking for. I dont want to walk out in pain with the red face and I never do when I see Kelsey.

It was my first visit to CC Salon and it was just wonderful, so clean and comfortable. Rochelle is one of the owners she is very personable and makes you feel like your in her home. Nicole did my gel manicure and Stephanie my pedicure, both were terrific. Its now my go to place. Rita Dorney
