I was totally disappointed.As far as the facial, there was very little massaging involved, she spent more time prepping her products behind her and not much touch. I then had a massage, never was given a robe or water. The receptionist obviously does not communicate with the staff or clients because I was waiting downstairs after I had checked in yet the esthician did not know I was there, therefore we started late. Definitely would not recommend.

I have been going to Susan Perrys Skin Care for facials, massage and eye brow waxes since I moved to Plymouth 15 years ago. The staff is professional, kind and always welcoming. Therapists and Estheticians are educated and top notch and have been with the spa for years. I think it is so important to also support local business and the owner is clearly dedicated and runs a phenomenal business. It is my favorite spa on the south shore.

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE AT ALL!! I went on Sunday 6/12 at noon when it opened and no one was there expt for the woman who works there with another coworker they were "busy" chitchat there was no customers around at all I asked if i could have eyebrow wax, she looked at her schedule and there were no appt yet she flatly told me NO - now im wondering if theyre racist against deaf people???

What a warm, welcoming place of beauty and wellness you will find at Susan Perry!!! Over the years I have had the pleasure of partaking in various services offered there. I have always found all the staff professional and talented. Laura, in particular, always helps me put my best face forward:)

I honestly say "Ahhh - so much better" every time I leave. I have been seeing Laura at Susan Perrys for many years. She has been sooo helpful and welcoming and my face looks great! ;) I always look forward to my visits.
