I went here to get a simple updo for my graduation. I have gotten my hair cut there many times before and thought they did a good job. The stylist obviously didnt know how to style my hair, but instead of saying she didnt feel comfortable doing it, she continued to do it. I was in such shock at how it looked that I paid her and left. The braid looked like a child did it, and there were scraggly curls hanging down with Bobbie pins sticking out everywhere. She also put way too much hairspray in. I cant understand how someone could have looked at my hair and thought it looked good. After having a meltdown, a local salon was able to style my hair and save the day. Take my advice and do not go here to have your hair styled!

I have been going here with my children for nearly 4 years. For the most part, the haircuts were good. Ive done color twice and never again. But once your child gets a horrible hair cut and all their hair is gone, theres no turning back. Now I will NEVER go to this salon again. There are some decent stylists but far too high turn over rate and you never know what experience in a stylist youll get - fresh out of school? A few years experience? Who knows until they start cutting! Spend a couple more bucks and go to a more reputable salon. I dont think Hair Cuttery has high hiring standards for stylists.

This place is terrible. They make you feel incredibly awkward. I walked in once and the lady says to me "are you on the list?" First, this is a WALK-IN hair salon. Second, WHAT list? Third, ever hear of saying "Hi, how are you today?". Ive been there twice. Both times was awkward, the first woman I got my hair cut from did a great job. The next, butchered it worse than if Michael J. Fox was playing Edward Scissorhands.

Everytime I have gone to Hair Cuttery (just for a hair cut), I have had no problems. I just went in to get my hair colored... Big mistake. $115 for a bright, ugly, splochy, hack job. I will never go back for color again.
