This is the best place!! I recently got a shellac manicure done by Rita. She truly took her time and made me feel comfortable. She even asked me if I liked the color I had picked out before she cured it and she helped me pick out a color that I love! It has been a full two weeks and my nails look great! Not even one chip! I have also gotten my hair cut and colored here! The professionals at personal best do an outstanding job. Everyone is very professional and exceptional at the services they provide. It is a very cozy place, and I refuse to go anywhere else!
