I got my hair cut today here at GCs in Rochester, and it was one of the worst hair experiences ever. Now, I have long hair. It goes down to about the small of my back, so naturally, I tend to get split ends, but thats why I get a trim often.The woman begins by telling me I should use Redkin products and I explain that I dont use products tested on animals as Im a very strict vegetarian. She ignores this and keeps trying to sell me the products. As shes cutting my hair she keeps going on and on about how "horrible" my ends are, how my hair is "in need of Redkin", she said how dry my hair is, and kept spraying who knows what all over it... If I was more of a sensitive person I probably would have started crying. She would not stop insulting my hair. Finally at the end she says shes just trying to get the dead off "you know?" And I respond, "Yes, that is why I get my hair cut." I had a full punch card so I got it for free, and thankfully I filled it out, because I will never go there again. I got an ok hair cut, but the emotional stress it caused was just not worth it. That woman was a terrible person. Who does that? Even if my ends were a bit split, who goes out of their way to make a young woman feel so bad? I have nice hair! People compliment it! I cant get over how upset she made me.

Ok, similar to "Bad Hair Day" below, Im not a chronically bad rater. Infact, usually I find myself reviewing quite positively. Weve been calling this place "Crooked Cuts" for some time now after 3 or four botched hair cuts. I was feeling magnanimous and thought I would give them another shot at my 7 year old sons hair. You guessed it...Crooked. His bangs are a train wreck, his sideburns are uneven and I have yet to inspect the back, but I am not expecting much... These are not complicated styles, people. The time before this when I took my son in, he asked to trim up the back and sides and he ended up with a BUZZ CUT.

Im really pissed off Im not one to just cut all my hair off I showed them a picture shoulder langth but what got was half a Bob one side looks good the other is chopped like so bad it looks like a child cut it I got this done maybe 2 weeks ago I just straightened for the first time Im mortified I cant stop crying it looks so bad now I have to walk around with this until it grows out.
