While in the past I have had many good experiences at SuperCuts and appreciated the cuts I get for the money, I was severely disappointed when I noticed that the past two times I have been there with my boyfriend the hairdresser who usually cuts my hair, (I think her name was Christine, if it was, Christine where are you!) was not there anymore, and every hair dresser there was unrecognizable to me. I decided to brave the odds and go in for a cut today, and I have no trouble saying that today was my last visit. The woman who cut my hair had no understanding of what I was asking for (simple layers, and a slight trim) and I ended up just asking for a regular trim in fear that my hair would be complete disaster if I asked for anything else. When she started cutting my hair she did not dampen it, but rather just started cutting away on my dry hair. If I had to guess where she attended beauty school I would say it was probably her kitchen and her clients were her grandparents and children. I will not be back.

Great haircut and fantastic staff! They are super knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile. This is not an appointment based salon, its a 1 hour call ahead reservation service. So if you are using their mobile check in or call ahead service and check in at a certain time, You may not get taken over at the exact time you said you would be arriving due to there still being people in front of you. Which I am totally fine with because the stylists never make me feel rushed and they spend the quality time with me to ensure I am receiving the haircut I want along with giving great customer service! Thank you Supercuts and the Dover Supercuts team for being amazing! I will continue coming here for all my hair needs!

Super friendly, but so long Danielle! Had a perfect haircut the previous time (Im no Mads Mikkelsen, but I just like a haircut that doesnt look Im fresh out of dork school for a few days). The next time the customer service was perfect, but remember that nice old lady they caught drawing on a religious fresco? Im no religious fresco, more like a thoughtful doodle, but that.

Dont go here unless you want your hair chopped off!!! I brought my daughter here, she went in with her hair down to her butt, & left there with a pixxie,grrrr!!! Just because they didnt want to spend the time getting knots out, & wanted to go home. This is the worst salon Ive ever been to, my daughter was very upset for days,I will never go back..

Told stylist (Susan) 5 times, that I wanted a layered haircut. She gave me this stupid "bob" cut. Told her I didnt like it, and she couldnt even fix it. Said she couldnt do it and had a bad attitude, so now Im going elsewhere to get my layers done. Would never go there again, and would not recommend this place to others.

The team at Dover Supercuts are excellent! I went in last week and the hair stylist (Britney I believe) did exactly what I was asking for. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and I was very satisified with my hair cut. I will definitely be returning here next time I need a hair cut!

I highly recommend getting your hair done here. Nina is great with my kids and always gives them a fresh stylish look. My daughter is super picky with her hair and is always happy with the outcome, and my 1 year old little man always gets compliments on his hair. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Checked in using app for 1:30 came at 1:10 its 1:45 here and they havent seen me yet . I checked in at 12:30 online , this place is a joke , haircuts are ok but the quality differs from person to person and the wait is too long

The lady never introduced her self and made no attempt to have a conversation with me. I have always gone to supercuts in the past and have been satisfied. I hate how my hair turned out, by far the worst expirience Ive ever had.

Make sure you stay back there with your children while they get their cut because they dont listen! I went back to the stylist and told her what my sons hair was supposed to be like and she basically chopped off his hair!

But let us remember that you always get what you pay for. The salon had an uncomfortable, unfriendly vibe among staff members. My daughter did not receive the cut she asked for, however both of our cuts look okay.

Was very awkward. Went in there for a trim and it took a good 45 minutes. The women said shed been there for 5 years...Didnt seem like it.....AT ALL.....Will not be returning there.
