I to went Latina on Dec. 31st 2016. It was the most horrible experience Ive ever had at a hair salon. Theres nobody greeting you when you arrived. I sat at their waiting area for 30 minutes to find out this is the waiting area to get your eyebrows done. When I finally got to the wash lady she was talking on the phone the whole time and was so rough I couldnt believe it. They were out of hot water and she barely rinsed my hair. When it comes to detangling she was so forceful its like she was blaming me for being at work. The lady who did the blow out legit burn my scalp. She could tell by the way I was looking at her in the mirror, she said sorry but continued being very rough, forceful and careless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Its awful.
