I cant say enough great things about Bella Vita Salon and their staff. They seriously go above and beyond! I chose Bella Vita as the salon I would have my hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding with my Mom, the Mother of the Groom and my two Bridesmaids based on Yelp Reviews. I had never been there before. Before actually booking the salon, I worked with Jill to coordinate and schedule the services. She was very friendly, organized and easy to work with plus super nice. It was a perfect combination and put me right at ease. She scheduled my hair up-do with Jocelyn and my make-up by Meaghan. I had a trial appointment about 60-days before the wedding. It went wonderfully. Jocelyn is a magician with hair and very flexible. She tried multiple hair styles on me before I found the one I loved -- it was so nice to not feel pressured to settle on a "I like this, but dont love it style." She made sure it was an "I LOVE THIS!" style. Meaghan was equally as awesome. She is very skilled as a makeup artist plus so sweet that it felt like I was hanging out with my best friend playing with makeup. And this is all just the trial! In addition to my trial, I scheduled my waxings with Donna and additional hair services with Jocelyn like a haircut, a gloss and a blow out. Every time I visited Bella Vita I left feeling like a million bucks! On the day of the wedding, we arrived around 11AM and were whisked away to their Tranquility Room. We were able to comfortably set up shop there while we there for our services. The staff were on time for every up-do and every make up appointment and continued to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was all so impressive -- it actually left us with plenty of time to just sit and relax for a bit, something I was not expecting on my wedding day! Everyones hair and make up also looked absolutely incredible plus it lasted the entire night! I actually had a friend comment on the staying power of my make-up around 1AM at the after-party. Impressive! It was raining that day and the front desk staff made sure not a drop of rain got us when we had to move to the car. They not only packed up our bags in the trunk, but they took us one-by-one to the car under an umbrella. This was an above and beyond service that I truly appreciate. All in all, Bella Vita did an outstanding job making us all feel and look like our beautiful best selves while exceeding all of my expectations in customer service. I anticipate this being a lasting relationship and look forward to scheduling my next haircut with Jocelyn at Bella Vita!

I went to Bella Vita in North Andover on May 29, 2009 for a massage. I have to say that it was the worst massage I have ever had. It was on a whim so I thought I would give Bella Vita a try. I get a lot of massages all over the area. I figured that since they charge $75.00 for a 50 min massage and $85.00 for a deep tissue that it would have to be pretty good. Was I wrong! It felt as if the person had never given a massage before. I asked for more attention on my neck since it was a little stiff. All she did was extra soft strokes on the neck and no stretches, even though I asked if she could incorporate some in the massage. I thought she was on her own agenda and did not pay attention to my needs. She never even asked if the pressure was ok. When I asked for deeper pressure she upgraded me what she calls to a deep tissue massage. If you want to call using your elbow back and forth a deep tissue massage. The flow was…wait there was no flow. So I mentioned it to the front desk as I was checking out and after the receptionist talked to John, who I assume is the owner they charged me for a regular massage instead of a deep tissue massage. If I had been the owner I would have comped the entire session. Very disappointing to leave a massage session feeling worse than before you walked in.

My bridal party and I had our hair and make up done at Bella Vita on 7/3/10 and we were thrilled with our experience! Amanda did the most amazing job on my hair. She was super sweet, took the time to make sure everything was perfect and transformed my very straight hair into gorgeous curls that lasted all night. Lynne did my make up and really made me feel beautiful. The rest of my bridal party looked absolutely gorgeous and were so happy with the stylists who did their hair and make up, including Marley, Donna, Lisa, and Doreen. Mary greeted us and made sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Bella Vita to any bridal party, they did such a fantastic job and we all had a great experience!

This was my first visit to Bella Vita Spa. I went in for a deep tissue massage with Tina S. When I arrived there were two staff who were very warm, welcoming and friendly, not stuffy at all as I have encountered at some places. One of them graciously took me on a tour of the whole facility, which was lovely and the tour helped me to feel comfortable. Now for the massage which is best described as ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Tina has strong hands and she worked on my tight spots, releasing knots. I just felt so marvelous I didnt want it to end. The best massage I have ever had. The staff at the desk were just as friendly and helpful as I checked out. I will definitely go back.

I love Bella Vita Salon. I see Octavia for waxing and she is amazing. I have very sensitive skin and usually have bad reactions to skin treatments, but Octavias method leave me smooth and with no irritation. It is also less painful than some of the other waxing I have had done. She is fun, clearly experienced and I really dont think I will ever go anywhere else for my salon services. I would recommend her to anyone! Not only is Octavia wonderful, but the front desk staff is friendly and well organized, my appointments are always on time. They also carry great skin care and beauty products that have drastically changed my skin. So basically I just love this salon!

I have been going to Tina for my hair almost a year now. When I first moved to the area last September I went in for a consultation and Tina was wonderful. I was so impressed I referred my daughter who is in her early twenties (Im 50) and Tina is so current in trends and styles she can accommodate any age range. She really takes the time to get your hair color exactly the way you want. I have been very pleased! In fact the whole staff is nice, I have always been greeted with a smile and I think 11 months is plenty of time for a place to show their true color. BTW had a pedi from Hannah which was also awesome!

I went to Bella Vita for a massage after a long week at work. (You can schedule online which is awesome! Especially because I get a lot of anxiety making phone calls). It was my first time there and the front desk was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt comfortable and was given a tour-its a really nice inside! My massage was amazing. And Tina was great, I felt so relaxed. In fact I scheduled a second massage two weeks out later that day. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend.
