I had the apparent misfortune of parking underneath a bird rave the other day, so I took my car here. I wasnt expecting anything great - I just wanted to get my car to the point where people would stop pointing and laughing as I drove by them. I also wasnt expecting that the car wash would make my car dirtier than it was before. I chose the most expensive option ($14) to give it the best shot of cleaning my car. Two issues: My car was covered in water spots afterwards (including the exterior) despite being "rinsed" and "dried." More importantly, the "wax" they used covered my car in a weird sticky film. After a few days, this film collected a bunch of dust and dirt from the road, leaving my car covered - windshield, exterior panels, and all - in black spots. Nasty. Do yourself a favor and grab some Meguiars and a few rags next time youre thinking about coming here.

The no touch service cleans well and dries reasonably well. For a first time user, the car wash workflow may not be all straightforward but the customer service is awesome. I used a bronze wash, which contains undercarriage rinsing. Afterwards I noticed that the undercarriage seemed only to get splashed on. The manager replied to my email within hours, reviewed and sent me the footage on the next day. It turned out that I drove passed too fast and did not take full advantage of the rinse. He also proposed solutions to solve the problem within overnight. These guys take the business very seriously, an attitude that I really liked. I would suggest to post more detailed instructions and/or video on the website as well as in front of the washing bays.

I came here eight days ago for the touch free car wash at 9pm. I paid for the $12 one but I only had the 1st stage of the whole process. It stopped right after spraying soap on my car. I had to spent another $5 for tokens to wash it. I am very disappointed, and this is the worst car wash experience I ever have. Came here again on January 29th 2016, I was very disappointed again. Someone was waiting inside the washing room. I did not know how he got in there without paying. As soon as I paid, he got a free car wash, and I had to pay again to wash mine. This will be my last time coming to this nonsense.

This place is horrible. Touchless dont dry the car and is overpriced if i have to dry my car by hand afterwards . Tokens on the vacuums and selfwash. Use this place as last resort. If you buy the 3 pack touchless, you have one week to use it. It expires. Touchless seems to be 24hrs, but the latest I been is just before midnight.

I use the touchless car wash here all the time but over the years, they havent updated the system. Some nozzles dont work and the drying is awful. The car leaves the bay completely wet still... I might have to consider looking for a new place.

Its nice to have a 24/7 place to wash your car. The machine overall does a descent job. However, its not very good at getting your car nice and dry, so unless you dry the car yourself, it will not look as clean the next day.

I just went to this car wash. I paid $14 for the Gold package, their top offering on the automated line. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. My car is still dirty. I will not return.

Touchless wash is good for the car. I have seen far less scratches on my cars since I started cleaning here. But sometimes tough stains stay on and need my intervention to clean it uo

The worst touch less car wash I have been to. I took pictures of how bad the rinse job is. Suds all over the side and back. Decent job on the front of the car
