At 5:42 pm, on May 29th, I went to the Simoniz Car Wash #4. While inside the automatic car wash, the machines were stopped because something became caught on my running board. I had to actually roll down my window while inside the tunnel, put my vehicle into drive, and follow instructions from the attendants on how to get unstuck. I when my vehicle exited the tunnel, I noticed a twisted running board! While in the tunnel, the belt pulling my vehicle, while an object was caught on the running board. I promptly showed an attendant the damage and asked for the service manager to come take a look, but was told that Id have to go fetch the manager myself (pretty rude, no?). I actually found the manager, and had him take a look. I explained to the manager about the equipment, but his only response was denial. And, after having just paid $20 for a car wash, all Im left with is significant damage to my vehicle and water spots to boot! I recommend that everyone stays away from this place for three reasons: 1) Its overpriced; 2) The service is more than terrible; 3) There are much better options!

I have been coming here for about 15 years. Ive had about 5 different cars in that time 1 Mazda, 3 infinitis, And I just got my 1st Mercedes, they just cannot get the rims clean on any of my cars for some reason so today I asked the gentleman thats been there since Ive been coming here if they could just throw a little extra something on the rims to Maybe clean them, and he fed me a story that for some reason BMWs and Mercedes have an issue and I should not buy Mercedes rims anymore So I guess what hes saying is that he didnt really wanna help me out. Ive been a repeat customer for many years-and when somebody feeds me Bologna it turns me off so I will not be buying a book again or coming back-to this car wash and that if you have a Mercedes, bmw, and in my experience an Infiniti From what he saying they cant clean your rims for you So dont buy the book with the rim package you can end up cleaning of yourself ! Oh by the way way gentleman I actually just got out the car wash and my rims were spotless for the 1st time ever! Very strange seeing that I come here Sometimes twice a week

I came in with my brand new car, first time washing the car after the pollen gets all over on my car. And I choose "Wash N Go" deal for $9.00. However after coming out of the car wash, someone was drying off my car , I came home from the car wash to dry myself a little more and recognized the stretches on my car in one spot (around like golf ball size). So I called and they told me to come back so they can take a look , they take a look, cant do anything but got the special thing to wipe with over the stretches . Few minutes later , I can still see the stretches. I definitely will never return to that place anymore since the problems never get solved unless if they pay for the repair, Ill return to them to continue the car wash.

When this place is staffed it is a pretty good car wash and a slid value for the light detailing work they do. Generally you can get the inside and outside cleaned for around $30 and it comes out spotless. On a chilly but sunny weekend day they told me they didnt have anyone to do interior cleaning because of the weather. On my next visit, again no interior cleaning staff on a Sunday, this time it was because there was a Patriots game on. Finally on my 3rd try the following weekend they were fully staffed.

Worst car wash ever its been a while I havent washed my car here but since I was close to area I figured why not but ohh boy what a mistake I made. No customer service, the older guys that dry your car at the end are very nice but since they cant speak too much English they cant run the front otherwise this place will get much better ratings. Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot, the one at lynn is a 1000000 times better.

Self-serve bays work fine, except the change machine doesnt work, and the machines to start each of the bays only takes cash. I have a hard time getting anyones help to get change from the full-service crew. Id like to go somewhere else that maybe takes credit cards in the self-service machines, but I cant find anywhere else...

I noticed my antenna was broken off after going to Sonnys the day before. I stopped in to see if I could find it on the floor of the car wash, and talked to Scott. Scott said I could take the car to the auto body shop and have a replacement put on at no cost. Hes a super nice guy, and thats great customer service!!!!

Awful, paid $200 for an awful detail, give me a break, I come back asked what happened, manager doesnt want to hear it, talk about poor management and disrespect. Didnt even want to look at the job they did, he said "oh yoy dont like it too bad". Dont recommend.

Multi-service is perfect. Automatic car wash with different offers and services, staff for interior cleaning, sweeping...you can also to the whole car washing yourself...all up to your budget.

They did a horrible job on the inside of my car. The windows had large areas that werent cleaned and they totally missed my console which was filthy.
