I had the worst experience of my life with them, I am a landscaper and I brought a Isuzu w4500 to be washed, the owner wasn’t there so I left my information which was my name, address, phone number, so he could call me with the price. Couple hours later I got call from him, and he said it would be 200.00 to do the work, I agreed without asking for a discount or anything, the next day I get a call from him to pick up the truck, in this call he said “ This is Matt from All Clean, your truck is ready, come to pick it up and bring cash to pay for it”, so I said to him that I would pay him with a debit card, credit card or a check, he said he wouldn’t accept anything but cash because he doesn’t know me. “ a lot of people know me and I always pay my bills”. So I said to him that I didn’t have cash and I would ask my bank to write him a bank check, he also didn’t want that, he wanted cash or the truck wouldn’t leave his shop, So I went to my bank got some cash went there, and the guy was a devil, very mean and loud wouldn’t let me say anything. There was no sign at his place saying no Credit cards accepted or only cash, he never said anything to me before about the way he likes to get pay, also he was calling my truck a pig pan, I was going to bring another truck after that one, but I don’t want to see that guy ever again. When I saw that I couldn’t talk someone like that I handed him the money and left, I was always polite to them, I even gave the guy who did the job 10.00 for tips. The work wasn’t the best, truck is still dirt inside. So if someone else have a bad experience there let everybody know, this is the only way to stop bad business owners.

Today I took my car to All Clean. I was very impressed with the way my vehicle came out. The customer service was very good. I felt welcomed while I was there. The owner Matt and I believe the older gentleman to be his father were both very outgoing and friendly to say the least. Great southern hospitality for the north. I reccomend any and everyone to go check it out.
