First time going to this car since my family bought a beach house in Falmouth and sold the beach house in Bethany Beach, DE. I found this place by using google maps on my iphone. The car desperately needed a car wash. As i pulled in i asked for the basic car wash and he was like ok, turn off the car and get out of the car and leave the key in the ignition. I was like ok. As my car was getting washed i went and paid. I asked the cashier and said "how come you ask your customers to get out of the car INSTEAD of having them sit in their car as it is being washed?" She replied "oh because of insurance purposes." As my car was almost done i walked out and there were towel attendants and they dried up any remaining water spots. I should point out there was a wooden speed bump on the ground to make sure the car stops since no one was in the car lol. As i was about to get in the car to leave the towel attendant was like let me move out for you and i was like ok. Before i left they asked questions about my car (they were friendly and must be car guys) since it was a Porsche Cayenne. Overall i was very satisfied the way my car came out very clean! BUT $14 for a BASIC car wash (SUV) since it was a Porsche Cayenne and thats why i gave it a 3 star rating. Also, this isnt Greenwich... So i can see why NOT a lot of people go to this car wash place. I mean I go to my usual car wash place in Boston every wednesday for a $6 special. So i guess lesson learned to coming to this place.

Stay away. I purchased the monthly car wash pass for the summer for my wifes Prius. They advertise they are open daily from 8am to sunset. Every time we went down there on a Sunday to wash the car they were closed, no matter what the time, whether it be morning, or early or late afternoon which is odd since most people wash their cars on weekends when they are not at work and have the time to do so. This past Saturday my sister brought my car to be washed with my brother. He asked the attendant what the hours were on Sunday and was told 8 am to late afternoon. When he explained we had brought the car down numerous times on Sunday and they were always closed, the attendant got very curt and repeated that they were open on Sundays, sometimes closing around 3 pm. Apparently this questioning angered him because he got in my car and floored it into the car wash hitting the tire track/guides causing my car to bounce up and back and striking something under the car. My brother and sister reported the incident to the owner and I have his card. It is my intent to have the car checked out to see if there is any damage and contact him. Yesterday, I drove by the car wash around 2 pm and it was again closed. Im not sure why they insist they are open when they are not. Seems like bad business and for those that purchased a pass it leaves 1 weekend day to get your car washed.

Went to get a wash, & my car ends up getting stuck in the middle of the tunnel. I asked multiple people that worked there what was happening & apparently nobody had a clue - yet told me everything is fine. Overall wasnt happy that I had to watch my car just sit there not getting washed, after paying $14.00 for a simple exterior clean. Very unprofessional all around. Seems to be only 2 fluent english speaking people so if you happen to have any questions, it may prove difficult to find an answer. The lady at the cashier was also extremely disrespectful.

The owner, Joe, is the biggest jerk (though he says hes the nicest guy! really!) Broke the antenna on my girlfriends car, refused to come to some mutual compromise to get it fixed because "He has a sign" that indemnifies him from liability. Even though it was his workers not paying attention. He got very angry that I even suggest his company was to blame and became very defensive. His carwash is mediocre, and dont expect him to help you repair anything that he breaks.

Horrible purchased a fifty dollar gift card went in to ask how to use it at the self serve bays the woman at the counter was so RUDE she kept telling us I cant give you cash back there is no place ever that would give you cash back. We didnt ask for cash back we simply wanted to know how to use the gift card. Yes we will use it up but never go to this car wash again. Yes they have water and soap but no professional help

First they charged us $14 instead of $12 bacause they said we were classified a truck. We have a Cadillac SRX which isnt even a big SUV. They did a terrible job of hand drying. Passenger side was still wet, mirrors not dried and there was still mud on the car. It was close to closing so I guess they wanted to go home.

They do a great job at washing your car and vacuuming as well. If you want to give your car a real treat have it fully detailed. My pickup truck was filthy and is now like brand new. Thank you Falmouth Car Wash! I love the place, you will be happy with it. I have been there about 20 times over the past 3-4 years.

Not worth for the money. Their basic car wash is $12, which when we watch, only half right of the machine work. No wash underneath the car. Hand towel dry leaving the car still wet. If it is $5, then ill say fine, but for this price, not worth it.

If you are a member of the uber-elite this is the car wash for you. A basic car wash for our ford costs $14, a price more in line with the Hamptons, not East Falmouth. Showed up on a Saturday morning and not another car there. Now I know why.

Dont go on a Sunday if its below 50 because they close early due to weather.. but no worries you can clean it yourself .. if both change machines arent out of service like they were today .

This could be a five star car wash. Unfortunately there self service area is often out of product, like soap ect... Carful where you drop your coins.
