This place is a complete joke.. yes they have updated their equipment but half of the sprayers dont work.. i always buy the ULTIMATE wash.. yet the prewash never sprays on my car, you never been the supposed underbody wash and the swirling rags barely touch the car.. the wheels never get cleaned.. it amazes me since i have brand new rims yet even though they are supposed to be cleaned they are always DIRTY when using this car wash.. It used to be an OK wash for 10 bucks.. but since they jacked up the price by 33 % to 15 dollars for an ultimate wash and sped up the line so they can run more cars thru with their dirty water youd be better off going to one of the other moo moo car washes in town that is ACTUALLY a moo moo car wash and not one that was converted. And if you complain the condescending owner always claims that he had just had his car washed that same day and there wasnt an issue.. its surprising that this guy always seems to wash his car on the same day i do; and if you ask them to wash it again the do the cheap 5 dollar wash which doesnt do anything but spray water on the car.. Youd be better off to go pay an extra 1.50 and goto a real car wash where they actually hand dry your car.

I visited Moo Moo car wash off 5th Ave twice for both regular $5 wash and all-inclusive $10 wash with tire shine. The $5 wash was just OK, but not great as the front and rear bumper still had dust/dirt left after the wash. Also, as other people mentioned, the dryers dont do a very good job drying the car. The free unlimited vacuums were great though and I was able to clean the inside of my car very well without hurry. Anyway, second time I opted for a $10 wash thinking may be the quality of the wash will increase with price. Well, unfortunately, this was not the case. The dirt was left again in the same spots on the bumpers, the wheel were not cleaned well at all and to make matters worse also covered in tire shine! In conclusion, the $5 wash is OK for the price, but I would not spend more on the wash at Moo Moo.

Its a nice, easy experience to go through the car wash and it isnt that expensive, but Ive gone twice and both times I have left and had to further clean the outside of my car. I bought the cheapest wash the first time and afterwards still had bird poop on my car. The second time I decided I would try the regular wash to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a bunch of cement powder splattered on my car from driving by a construction site and it didnt get it all off my windshield... There are also still a ton of bugs on the front bumper and my windows spotted terribly. I had to clean them all off with windex. I havent been to a more worthless car wash and I wont be returning a third time.

This is an affordable place with a very good car wash. The equipment is modern and I have no concerns about how it treats the car. Stuck-on bugs and some tough gunk may not come off, although my cars always look pretty good after the wash here. Although the attendant checks the car to make sure it will fit at the entrance, the facility is mostly automated, including payment. You sit in the car while you pass through the wash, and Im pretty sure kids will love it (the soap is even multicolored). Vacuuming is free for customers, and while there is an attentive employee making sure the vacuums are in order, its self-service, although you can vacuum as long as you want.

Solo Solo

Im unsure why MooMoo has such high reviews and such insanely long waiting times/lines, I bought the top of the line wash, but left with streaks and spotting all over my car unfortunately. There was also no room to park to vacuum and dry the car myself (since the auto-drying was so bad), so had to wait for that. Once I got in the car was already spotted/streaky like crazy. Additionally the vacuum suction is really low compared to a small shop vac. I dont plan to come back.

The worst car wash experience in Ohio save ur time and money and wash the car yourself. Heres why ... •Car comes out wet, they have 5 blowers. How is this efficient ?? •Brushes do not adequately clean ur car and when u leave u still have to scrub ur car. •the company does not pre power wash ur vehicle in areas where their brushes will not reach. Its time mikes car wash or their sister co. Crew car wash enters the Columbus market

Its a snowy day in Columbus (again), but my car is covered in road salt, and I want to get it removed? Wonder of Moo Moo is open? Check on line at their website, and... it tells me it is! I go, no one in line, so Im in and out in minutes! My car looks great. Will it get more road salt on it later today? Probably. But for now, it sits happy and clean in the garage. Which makes me happy, too.

Best experience I could have asked for! I woke up this morning to discover a random college student had vomited all over my car. I drove to Moo Moo, whose best wash did some cleaning, but didnt remove everything. After talking to the attendant/owner, they not only gave me a second of their best wash free, but gave me some cleaning supplies free as well! I will definitely come here again.

I tend to get spots when I leave this place and it smelled particularly bad today the day after I go back and received the third treatment where the water spots left on my car after the wash that smell like gym socks. This is the only location in Columbus where Ive ever had problems like this. Whats going on here guys?

Really great car wash experience. It isnt touchless, but I dont feel like it will damage my car. When you select the cheapest, "fat-free" wash, its really easy to accidentally upgrade to the next wash on the next screen without realizing it. The wax option is pretty great though.

Great car wash! Didnt make me feel stupid when I accidentally put my car in reverse instead of neutral.... even though I was stupid. Also, helped me get sap off my car and gave me the product to use in the future. Go to this location!!! They are great!

People gotta fight over the vacuums... but the cleaning equipments worked just about fine. Vacuums and the pipe are broken so you gotta hold the two separated parts together in order to make it work. Definitely they should fix it.

Great place to get a wash. Even if you just need a basic wash, $5 goes a long ways, especially because of the free vacuums. I like this best because they have machines that actually get dirt off. None of that laser wash nonsense.

Would recommend 10 out of 10. Its variety in car wash options are at good prices from $5 to $10, and the free self vacuuming service really set me over the top. Will be coming back again for more.
