Joaquin and Wilson did some recessed lights in our new house and we absolutely LOVE them. Totally changed the look of the home and instantly made it feel more modern/updated. Right before work was scheduled to start, my AC died and the temps in the house were up to 88--but Joaquin and Wilson worked hard and had a smile on their faces the whole time! You can tell that they love doing what they do as they were both as impressed with the lights as we were. Highly recommend TE Certified for recessed lighting--very professional and fast! ...Following up RE: the AC unit being dead: We called TE again to get an estimate on the AC repairs that we knew needed to be done. Brent came out and did a THOROUGH inspection of the entire system inside and out. He took our specific needs into consideration and recommended a solution that worked for us. We ended up upgrading / replacing the old outside unit and coil as well as re-establishing some cold air returns that were closed off during a previous renovation of the home. He knew we were miserable in the heat and he made sure to get us scheduled quickly for the repairs. (not an easy thing to do in GA in the dead of summer) Steve and Ed came out 2 days later to perform the AC/Duct installation. Both of the guys were great to work with and true professionals! Steve uncovered a few additional issues that were not visible during Brents inspection and he provided me with several options to remedy the situation. They performed the work quickly and accurately and to code and I was cooling by the early afternoon! (much appreciated). Steve took the time to explain the new systems and walk us through using our new COR thermostat--he really seemed eager to share his knowledge and we were happy to learn ...Following up--discovered dead electrical line. I discovered a dead line in my house powering a few basement outlets as well as the sump pump for the whole house. We called TE to come check it out and Kevin came to troubleshoot. In a matter of minutes Kevin was able to determine that the cause of the issue was a dining room light dimmer that was improperly installed (by me). We had the opportunity to repair that issue alone, but we decided to install a new breaker box as well to replace the outdated / failing / mislabeled box that was in place. Kevin had everything needed on his truck and immediately got to work. It took some time but now we have a beautiful new FULLY LABELED breaker box and whole house surge protector! Overall TE have been awesome to work with each and every time weve had an opportunity to deal with them. They quote fair and competitive prices, use the best products, call ahead, show up on time in uniform and branded trucks, they are respectful to your home and do not leave any mess and they stand behind their work! Not sure what else you could ask for from a company. Spending money on things like breaker boxes or broken AC systems isnt the most "fun" purchase, but the TE crew really have made it a pleasure.

This is our 4th service with TE in (2) houses. Sherman Green was exceptional, professional, and truly has a passion for his profession. Not only was the work of utmost quality, he wore booties, covered furniture, vacuumed, and cared about our home. In the past we had Jamie who was also excellent and Sherman definitely lived up to the TE name! All i originally wanted was a doorbell and $4,000 later could not be happier with the upgrades. I personally own (2) small businesses and Sherman spoke highly of both TE, the management team, and the owner even before he knew i was a small business owner. Hats off to your team for acquiring, training, and maintaining top talent. Lets be real - we all have choices and many were cheaper than TE but it all comes down to Quality, Customer Service, and feeling. You get what you pay for and our services will continue to remain with TE! I love giving business to businesses that focus on customer service, exceptional quality employees, and a top tier install/experience. Much more goes into the service than just the installation. Clean up, damage to house/drywall, unprofessional/unfriendly employees, scheduling - all of which are not an issue for TE as they provide a top tier experience. Sherman documented the lighting upgrades, asked me to verify locations multiple times to confirm acceptance, all before he started the work. I saw him measure and then double check all measurements once again before he started install. TE is an EXCEPTIONAL company with EXCEPTIONAL employees. Hats off once again to Sherman Green who provided outstanding service and was a true professional. Not only did his recommended upgrades look and function amazing, he is someone you truly feel comfortable with and has a passion for his profession.

We tried TE Certified Electricians after finding them on Angies List. They were prompt in getting us a quick appointment to get a bathroom ceiling heater/fan installed. Our service technician, Sherman Green, called ahead the morning of the service call and arrived within the specified time window of one hour to get started. He was very courteous and put in shoe coverings as well as plastic down to protect our walls and wood floors. Sherman surveyed the situation gave us a quote that seemed a bit pricey but with a coupon we used, it was fairly reasonable. Sherman began the work right then. He looked at our breaker box wiring while he was doing the install and noticed a potential hazard issue he brought to our attention. Gave us a quote to fix it but did not pressure us to do so. Sherman is knowledgeable and did a great job getting the fan/heater installed within a couple of hours; its working great. When he was done with the fan install we were presented with the invoice and all was done quickly and easily electronically. The only reason this is rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that we were unable to obtain any pricing quote estimates upfront by phone for the work we needed to be done. Also, would need to compare pricing on future work to be done. We are very pleased with Shermans work and the service we had with TE Certified Electronics. We are likely to use them again and recommend contacting them to discuss how they may be able to help with your electrical needs.

Ive used TE for years. Excellent service with full transparency at every phase of the project. They take the time to give a comprehensive, detailed estimate before they begin the work. This always allows me to prioritize the items I need completed within the budget I do or dont have. Theyre proactive in bringing things to your attention without pushing an up-sell or cross-sell. Instead, theyll document the open issues for you in case you want to address them in the future. Theyre consistent and reliable. Theyve never missed a scheduled appointment or shown up late. I used to ask for the same technician, thinking the good service was specific to that individual. Once, because of an immediate need, I had to use a couple different technicians - and each and every single one of them gave the same good, consistent, reliable service. Theyre the only contractor I work with that uses technology - extremely professional. They use mobile devices for documentation, billing and payment. Then theyll email you all the transaction documentation. You would think thats the norm by now, but its not. So goodbye to the cash-only and hand-written check transactions that most individual contractors still require. TE pricing is fair for the level of service they provide. They definitely wont be the cheapest on the block, but theyll be the best and theyre worth every cent.
