I hadnt had a haircut in over 2 years and the length of my hair was causing headaches, so I came in kind of unhappy about having to cut it. But the stylist that worked with me (a pretty, younger, blonde woman) understood exactly what I wanted and helped me leave happier than when I went in. Will defiantly be back for touch up trims!
