I went here to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding. I was suggested to work with Lina, I guess shes the one that does hair and make-up. Im not a person that wears make-up, My complexion doesnt need any make up or covering up. I usually only wear eye liner and lip gloss. I told her I wanted something light, natural looking, not too heavy. She brought me downstairs and did my makeup first. I KID YOU NOT...when I looked in the mirror I was in shock! Not only did I not look like myself but I looked like a clown!!!!!!! She put so much base or powder or whatever it is on my face it went from tan to pale. She painted my eyebrows and didnt even brush them to make them look natural. It was like she grabbed a marker and painted my eyebrows in. I asked her for eyelashes and she said she only had the individual ones, that she was out of the strands. I told her individual was fine but she then said... you dont need fake eyelashes. Ok, I guess! Then we go back up stairs and its time for my hair. My hair came out great! that I have 0 complains about it. I kept looking at myself in the mirror in awe because of how hideous I looked. I ended up paying about $100 including tip for her work. I thought maybe its because I am not use to wearing make up, and this is what I guess Im supposed to look like. I got home and my mom was getting her hair and makeup done by a student, Elma, from East Boston Beauty School. Elma saw me and told me how beautiful I looked and said, where are your eyelashes? I told her that Lina from the salon said I didnt need them. She sat me down and said what do you mean? You definitely need them! Its your wedding day. Elma ended up having to add highlighter, eyelashes, did something to my nose and face to make it look thinner, she fixed my eyebrows to make it look like I actually look I have eyebrow hair. If it wasnt for Elma I would have looked like a pale clown on my wedding day. If you want your hair done by Lina GO FOR IT! but if you need makeup, please dont let her get close! OR just call East Boston Beauty School and ask for Elma, she can do both and youll look drop dead gorgeous like my momma did.

Pesimo calidad de Servicio al cliente ... Fui por primera vez buscando alguien que cortara el cabello de mi hijo. el salon estaba lleno de personas entre clientes y estilistas. Estuve mas de 1 minuto tratando de hablar con alguien y todos los staff me ignoraron aun cuando me miraban "NADIE se tomo el trabajo de preguntar si necesitaba algo". Sali del lugar y camine al salon que hay justo al lado y GRAN DIFERENCIA... solo al entrar ya estaban pendientes de que necesitaba GRACIAS CHUMA SALOON

NEVER GO HERE.I went here for a Brazilian straitining treatment $200 and they screwed it up. Its supose to stay strait for 6 months it lasted 2 days. It wasnt the real Brazilian straitner (real one smells like dark chocolate) it smelled like bad fruit. The treatment took 5 hrs. Complete waste of time and money. While i was there i also saw them screw up a males eye brow pluck (halfassesed). He had to return for them to fix it. More concerned w their idle chatter then their work. Cash only sneaky . Avoid AVoid Avoid. Dont waste ur $

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my stylist Jenyfer...but the OWNER is extremely rude...i hope he appreciates Jenyfer because she is the ONLY reason why i will continue to go there after my encounter with him yesterday...SMH...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I come all the way from Billerica to get my hair cut here. Excellent salon, where the barbers really take care of you for a good price. It is also a very sleek and modern salon with very nice people.

They either listen to you And get it done right or they do whatever they want and you learn to like it. Good place very clean very nice people but its a hit or miss unless your stylist is there.

Terrible customer service. I went and they gave me the worse attitude, were not even professional! I just wanted my eyebrows done and they ignored me. Never going there. Terrible!

I got my hair cut there this weekend. I told the gentleman exactly what I wanted even showed him pictures. I didnt get the cut or color I asked for. He did a terrible job!
