A) You called over the phone to ask someone who has not seen your current hairstyle for a quote. Think about it; it is a hair cut not an oil job. Rude service is when someone treating you badly when you paid for it. You might rock a crew cut or Rapunzel goldilocks. Who knows? Sorry. It is really hard to determine a price when he has not seen your hair. B) It is a a hair salon. If you are not able to shell out a few hours of your time to look good then you should just butcher it at home. You cannot have anything in this world without working for it. If you are not ready to spend some money to look good then go to Supercuts. C) Been a customer since I was a teen. Never failed at giving me a great haircut. I usually just let them do whatever they want with my hair. Your stylist should be someone that you can trust with your life because you will be rocking that look until your hair grows back. I usually sleep when he is cutting my hair. Tells you how much I trust the salon. D) Plenty of other places out there. Go find your niche.
