This salon used to be the place to go to where i needed the right hairstyle but the lady i got i told her what i wanted and she questioned me like you want that?? In an attitude and i was already nervous about dyeing my hair from black to blonde and she didnt even give me the color i wanted to cry when i saw how she left me and honestly i think they were making fun of me at one point and my spanish wasnt so great but i know how to speak and understand it but she didnt understand me one bit not even when i tried to explain in english she was telling me she was experience and have been doing it for years and it looked like she had no idea what she was doing worst experience ever never going back

I love this saloon but the last time I went I paid a lot of money to get a color that isnt even close to what I wanted and may have made my hair too dark to even get what color I did want. That was disappointing. They usually do a great job though I even have friends who come here.
