I have never experienced anything like it! Totally unacceptable attitude and behavior by the manager and assistant manager I later spoke to over the phone. The worst experience I have ever had at a Supercuts ever! The manager on duty at the time was obnoxious and rude when my friend was explaining what she would like as a final trim. The manager stepped in a final time and terminated the cut and asked us to leave or she would call the police and have us escorted out. They acted like we had done something egregious! My friends English is somewhat broken and she is sometimes difficult to understand but that is no reason to get nasty about a simple haircut much less ask us to leave. I paid for the haircut and we left. If you want to be given the boot go here! I reported them to the corporate office! If they get nasty with you do the same! Unacceptable attitude to a paying customer.

Called 40 mins to close told not accepting call ins but if I walk in before close they will take care of me and the line was long. I show up before close and they were all pissed off I was there saying they were closing until I told them I tried to call In. When it was time to get my haircut I offered to go someplace else so they could close and I was met with "well I already stayed open for you" and "can you pay first before the haircut." I tried to play by the rules that they made and then I tried to go somewhere else to take the burden of them and was met with total disrespect. Next time I personally will chose to go somewhere else.

Went here for a quick cut and I was told the wait was 25 minutes. 45 minutes later my name still hadnt been called, so I went to ask how much longer it would be. They told me I was next on the list and then proceeded to call up someone else who had "checked in online". They need to make up their minds whether they allow walk-ins or not. If someone checks in online AFTER someone who checked in at the salon, the person at the salon should go first. I walked out and never got my haircut.

If you have a child who gets upset during haircuts, DONT come here. Granted my precious snowflake was being an obnoxious 5 year old, but I was almost immediately told to calm him down or leave. During the 30 seconds I tried to calm him down, my spot was skipped over after already waiting over 30 min. I wont be back, but they are obviously happy about that. I thought Supercuts was an appropriate choice for a young family. Yeah, no.

My wife had cancer and her hair was beginning to fall out. On our way back from the Boston Cancer center she decided she wanted to get it all cut off so she didnt have to deal with that particular horror anymore. The staff here treated her with such love and respect during this very private moment! Thank you, and may God richly bless them all for their help to a couple from out of town who were in a very dark place.
