Only gets one star due to the very friendly staffs urging the tour. Our friend who works theyre recommended children of America. We went in on a Wednesday 3 weeks ago to get pricing and to tour the place. Very nice place. As far as the manager se seemed very nice but busy. We took our tour of the facility my daughter loved it. Met a lot of the staff and all were so nice. We get back to the office and we go in and sets us down and goes over pricing. Not rude or anything Bad very pleasant experience up to this point. Got a price of 270 for 5 days which wasnt even correct apparently it was ; days in an old promotion and 1st week free. We did not need 5 days we asked for a price on 4 and 3.5 days. At this point she would have to check with corporate on that and would email us the next day. That never happened. We gave her a few days. Still nothing called left message and nothing a week goes buy nothing now 3 weeks since called corporate. Sorry thats an old promotion its now 325 for 4 days and 312 for 3.5 days. Oh and it doesnt matter anyway because its full. But we can put you on a waiting list. Are you Effin kidding me!!!! Meanwhile people are coming through having tours and getting enrolled... Lets call her back oh shes off the next two days how convenient. Today I call her and get a hold of her. Calmly and nicely I told her how frustrated we were and upsetting this is and what needs to happen get my child in there not our fault you cant call someone back and I want that promo rate. I hafta look into it and Im sorry. Its been so bad Im losing people and such. and I get it being a manager myself. She was apologetic and sounded sincere. So I asked if I would get a call back and she said yes. I asked today and she said yes. Nothing. Today is Friday they dont work weekends so now another week has gone by we are running out of time to find a place for our child. Thanks children of America for wasting our time !

Our son has been enrolled in this school for just about a year and its amazing to see how much hes learned from his classmates and teachers. The facility is great, has security cameras you can subscribe to and has an amazing and highly engaged staff. Healthy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks are served which saves us a lot of prep time, and the kids are constantly doing activities. Were very happy having our son at this school and the pricing was very competitive.

I like COA at Tewksbury. Everyone there is very nice. You can see that they love and care about the kids. They always calm my daughter down in the morning when i drop her off. In general they are all Awesome, i couldnt have gotten any better place for my daughter Ibrahim Kizito
