Plenty of floor space and awesome WiFi . Did I mention awesome WiFi? (shameless plug for myself). Yes, sometimes it gets busy but what gym doesnt? Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. If you go for training, they have someone for every personality.

The layout is weird, but it is clean and the staff is friendly. The have 2 30 minute circuit rooms (yes separate rooms which is nice), one of which has its own abs circuit (which of the 6 I have been to,this is the only one that has one).
