All in all in think the people are nice, and the gym is constantly clean and very easily accessible to me and my family. One of the reasons that I purchased the Black Card membership was because it included tanning and red light therapy. It concerns me that from my understanding it has been several months since the gym purchased any new lights for the tanning booths. These lights are only good for a certain amount of hours and then they are useless. When are the booths going to be updated with new lights so that you can actually tan in them. I find myself driving to other gyms to use their booths or beds just because the PF in NK refuses to purchase new bulbs...

I recently started coming to this planet fitness as a guest with a friend of mine and let me just start off by saying that the young blonde women that seems to work the morning hours during weekdays is very helpful and answers any questions that someone might have very informatively and clearly. I havent found myself waiting to use most machines which is a big plus. I also enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness of this gym and with everything that i have mentioned it all adds up to an overall great experience. keep up the good work

I visited this location as a guest a few weeks back and I have to say that the staff were very welcoming and super friendly. The facility is very well organized and maintained, which makes for such a great work out environment. I also joined a class with my friend and the trainer, Milly, was very knowledgable of work outs and knew how to cater to each of her clients individual needs. Overall it was a great experience, I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming workout environment.

Its a weird concept, a gym that isnt for the person wearing a lifting cut up shirt and dropping weights, but it makes for a great atmosphere. The trainer, included in your membership, is very good and has hours of free classes 5 days a week. The equipment is brand new and the facility is amazingly clean. In fact, they clean the locker room every 15 mins! Unlike what I have heard about many other planet fitness, it is not at all crowded and their is never a weight for a piece of equipment.

They could be a lot cleaner and the other day when I went to work out and go tanning/ red light therapy they told me that I could not go into use red light therapy booth because they said there was not enough time when they closed more than 19 minutes later and it was a 12 minutes max! I love going to the gym an use the red light therapy there during the weekdays, because they are some nice during the weekdays but this last weekend they were very rude

The team in North Kingstown, RI ROCK!! I just joined two days ago for the $49.00 down and today there was a sign with a $5.00 down promotion. They reimbursed my $44.00 right on the spot. Felt good that they care about their members! Everyone is very friendly and the facilities are really clean.
