MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. I was there for over 30 minutes and the girl that seemed inexperience was cutting my hair. I felt so uncomfortable. For what I went in for a trim my hair was butchered! The girl would trim my hair and then go ask this other lady for help. This lady with short black purplely hair was so rude to me and yelled at me and said I should uncross my legs SO RUDE! Im a customer and if you wanted to turn me into a potential returning client I would of been nicer. If I knew i was going to be gerbil ahead of time I would of been fine but I went in because in the past experience was great .It wasnt until I told another girl I was having anxiety that she stepped in and my hair was cut in 5 minutes. I will never go here again. I feel bad for the other hair dressers there. NEVER AGAIN!

Had my haircut at Fantastic Sams in Tyngsboro today and it was a "Fantastic" experience!!!! My stylist was Sandy and she did an excellent job. I had no appointment and waited less than 2 minutes before I was seated! We talked about what I wanted and she went to work. She did an excellent job. Finished with a wash and I was done! Love Fantastic Sams in Tyngsboro! Both my boys have been going here for a couple of years now (after trying several different salons with bad experiences). We love Lucy in particular but they all seem very experienced and I dont see the turnover here that you see at some other salons. You can walk in, but you can also make appointments which makes scheduling easy.
