Haskins was recommended by our insurance, whose we have changed since for this recommendation amount other issues. We brought our car there for repairs from a rear end accident. The repair took twice as long as promised, thus costing twice as much in car rental fees. Shop was also very poor in communication and seemed to take our car in days before parts were in, so we had a rental car for no reason. Car was perfectly safe to drive, trunk lid was just damaged. We were originally told it would take a week to maybe 10 days. It ended up taking 3 weeks. Car repairs were mostly satisfactory. However, a black oily residue was left in spare tire wheel well (was not there before), and several items are now missing from the trunk of the car. All in all we would highly recommend finding another repair shop I the area.

We are a family that purchased many Oldsmobiles from Haskins in the late 1980s/early 1990s. Now that Olds have gone the way of the wind, Haskins features fine, totally vetted pre-owned cars. Haskins stands behind their service. In fact, we use Haskins for all service needs. Haskins is proactive, explaining repairs. They are also precise in their repair work. We also appreciate the integrity and customer-first attitude that comes through with each interaction. They are also extremely respectful of senior customers.

Overpriced shop with scare tactics, body shop is even worse, they couldnt even match the paint on my bumper. Estimates are way overpriced, always get a second opinion. Rob is a liar as he tried to get more out of my insurance company & tried to sell me work that wasnt needed on my vehicle. His a real piece of work. My family & friends will never come back here again. All CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this shop & always get a second opinion!! Shop around as you will get a cheaper & better quality work than Haskins.

The folks at Haskins were true Pros. It started with Rob who listened to my problems, many dings dents scratches on my BWM. I did a walk around my vehicle with their estimator who then introduced me to the auto body guy. He told me what he could do setting the right expectations for me. He didnt over promise anything and I like that. I was very happy with the results and the price. Id recommend Haskins for anyone looking to do business with a company that delivers a great job at a competitive price.

Haskins did a great job repairing our week old Subaru that was rear ended. It was a bummer getting in an accident with a car that had only 200 miles on it but the car came back looking like a brand new car should! Thanks guys.
