The team at the West Quincy location is always courteous and helpful. The cleaning and tailoring were completed on time and to specifications. The only complaint is the cost of cleaning and tailoring. For example, the tailoring is usually for my military uniform, which is out of my pocket.

My experience was good. When I initially dropped my clothes off i was told that I amy apply my coupon at pickup. When I picked up my clothes i was told the coupon had expired, but I was offered a different discount.
