I frequently go here to do my laundry because it is close and clean. What I do not like is the money I have lost from going there. A couple months ago I put money in the vending machine to get fabric softener and it ate my money. I understand this can happen but unfortunately the only person on duty was a woman cleaning and didnt know any English. I tried to communicate the problem with no avail for she only could say she doesnt speak English. On top of that she didnt have a key to the machine and none of her co-workers answered her calls so I lost money because of this. Tonight I went and did laundry and used the large washer for a load of laundry only for it to say the machine was running when it was not. Unfortunately, yet again, it was the same lady working who could not understand what the problem was because we could not communicate. I also had used my debit card which, when you do this, holds $25 which is understandable. The lady almost basically left me at a loss and on my own to figure it out until another customer called out for a bilingual person to help me. She did pay for another machine when she understood but this machine was cheaper so I still lost money. On top of this I used most of mt soap and it would have been nice for the establishment to provide it for me since $13 and 6 loads of soap were lost. I suggest that if there is only one person working that they should be able to actually help the customers when there is an issue. This lady is very nice but Ive lost money and time due to lack of communication. I have a feeling Im not the only one because someone vented to me about their own situation. I doubt I will frequent there in the future

Just awesome. Clean, clean facility. Credit cards accepted and public bathroom is even cleaner. Hell, I live in Massachusetts and drop by here for Lau dry for oversize items anytime I need to shop at the mall. Solid place.

Very clean facilities with new machines, wi-fi, well lit with decent parking. Soap etc available on site. Average prices and really convenient for me in Salem.
