The Laundry Basket is superb! My wife and I were traveling through Bangor and needed to do laundry. When we got to the Laundry Basket, it did not look like the laundromat we last used in 1973, but Kate to the rescue! She picked our confusion up right away and was SO helpful. I actually had a good time talking with Kate and a few "regulars." Laundry Basket is the best! It felt more like being at the locaI pub or with a group of friends. Every business owner would love to have someone like Kate working for them.

The Laundry Basket is a great place to do your laundry in Bangor, Maine. Its very clean, one of the cleanest in Bangor, and has a freindly staff that are more than willing to help you if you have any trouble. It also has tanning avalible. Plus, if you have homework or any other reason to use the internet, they have wifi.

Good place for self-service and full-service laundry, as well as dry-cleaning (and even tanning). Machines are new and well maintained, and the place is spacious, bright, clean and air-conditioned. Even wi-fi, TV and coffee are available. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Service is great as well. Highly recommend.

The staff are nice and its kept clean. Its brightly lit unlike a lot of the other laundry mats in this area. They also offer WiFi and have TV so you can be entertained while you wait. I used to go between classes and do my homework while waiting for my clothes. Its the only place Ill go to if I need to do laundry.

Always clean, always friendly, always helpful. Ive been doing laundry here for years. Its the cleanest and nicest laundromat in Bangor. Machines are newer, accept credit cards and are reasonably priced. Always staffed so you dont have to stick around to watch over your stuff. Couldnt ask for more.

Clean clean laundromat. Really rude people working there. I get out of work late, but always have my clothes in by 730pm like they ask. But they stare and get angry if Im there folding at 8:15. If they dont close til 9, then dont get angry when people are there til 9. Duh.

They are wonderful there with their service. Im disabled and they always help me bring in my laundry and bring it out when its finished. Im most impressed and appreciative for their cheerful help.

Pros: Very clean, wifi available. Large capacity machines. Con: most expensive self-serve laundromat Ive been to thus far in my travels. $3.25 for a regular load, $5.25 for large capacity.

Very clean and the machines work well. The only issue I have had was the two times I could not get a dryer to run ( same dryer both times). The attenents are fairly rude when you seek help.

Clean and tidy but the people that work and own the place will treat you like the dirt your washing off your clothes.
