I see a lot of great reviews for this guy, but when I called tonight due to locking myself out of my apartment, this man was EXTREMELY rude to me. I was hoping for someone helpful as I have never been through this before, and he was nothing short of the complete opposite. It wasnt so much what he was saying (that was actually quite professional,) but rather the way he talked to me. He was a complete jerk. I asked how much it would cost and he could have simply answered "Oh we base that off of your address, so Ill need that to tell you the total!" Nope. Instead he responds in a monotone, disrespectful voice as if I was in trouble or he was mad at me. When I did call back because every other place was $65, and on his website I saw something that said Lockouts as low as $19.95! His quote for me was $75!!! Definitely do not reccomend.

Locked my keys in the car the other day. They were sitting there on the passenger seat in plain sight, mocking me. Luckily I had my phone, so I did a Google search for a locksmith in Eugene. Simons name came up, the reviews were great, so I called. He answered right away and said that, for a bit more money, hed immediately drop what he was doing and come help me. I wasnt in a huge hurry, so I declined, but he was still there in what seemed like no time. He had the door open in about 3 seconds, I paid with a credit card in about 3 more, and we were done. He was fast, friendly, and Id assume reasonably priced, though having to fork out $50 is salt in the wound after the frustration of locking your keys in the car. If you need help getting into your car, this is your guy!

Simon answered my call from Google after a couple of rings, asked me some quick basic information and told me that he could be to our vehicle to unlock it in 15 minutes. I kind of doubted that, thinking it might be more like 45 minutes or so. I started doing other projects as any other busy business owner would do. I turned around after what seemed like a very short time and Simon had pulled up and started working on unlocking the vehicle. He popped the lock in minutes and had us on our way. Much better than using a coat hanger for the next hour or more attempting it on our own. Thanks for the speedy service and get er done attitude and sticking to the quoted price, just what I needed on a Monday gone haywire.

Ive hired Simon several times and would have to say hes probably the most qualified locksmith in Eugene when it comes to automobiles. I had a jetta that wouldnt start because of the immobilizer system. I needed it repaired quickly, and he came out that evening to accommodate me. He then spent the next 4 hours troubleshooting the problem. It ended up being a faulty ground wire in electronic control module, which I ended up having to replace. The coolest thing was that because he wasnt able to get the car started he only billed me for half the time plus he made me a spare key for one of my other cars for free. Thats the kind of man he is. He really cares about his job and his customers.

I would recommend Locksmith Eugene to everyone! My steering wheel and ignition were locked up and wouldnt budge. After spending 4 days trying to get a mobile mechanic to come fix it and getting fed a bunch of bs by them, we called Locksmith Eugene Oregon to take a look at our car. He was there very promptly (actually, a little early) and had the ignition replaced and the car up and running in just 40 minutes and the charge was WAY cheaper that the mechanics were telling us it would cost. The only downside of this whole experience is me kicking myself for not calling Locksmith Eugene 4 days ago!! :)

I was facing a nightmare. The car was locked. The keys were lost, and the alarm was set. Plus, it might need a special key, the car may have to be towed to the dealer. It was not going well, and we do not live in Eugene. Then I called Simon at Locksmith Eugene Oregon. "No problem. Do it all the time. Alarm no problem. Have the blanks. Can make a new key on site" Sounded too confident. Simon opened the car, shut off the alarm, and made me 2 new keys in 20 minutes. 6* STARS! Pleasant, professional, fair prices, and he knows his trade. Highly recommended! Thank you, Simon.

Had to use this particular locksmith. They were prompt but I feel we were taken advantage of with the pricing. Had to have a Toyota Prius key made (and my daughter was locked out), not once but twice. I used Locksmith Eugene first but when it happened the second time 4 days later, I decided to call around and boy I wish I would have called around the first time. The second time I used Pop-A-Lock and they charged us $200 less. Live and learn! Next time I know to shop around and not just the first person that pops up on the internet.

Locksmith Eugene has bailed me out of several jams over the past few years. On 2 occasions Ive had ignition cylinders fail on me, and of course away from home and at very non-opportune timing. His response time is unbelievable and on both occasions he quickly fixed the problem at a fair and affordable price. His expertise on ignitions and ability to re-program keys on the spot is incredible. I highly recommend Locksmith Eugene to anyone needing fair reliable emergency service. James Matson

Simon was incredibly fast, and very efficient with getting my two locks rekeyed. I dont do this type of thing very often, so I dont know what the average cost is. That being said, for his quick and professional service, I feel like I got a good value. I was very well taken care of and thats something I value more than trying to chase down someone that will do it as cheaply as possible. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

The gentleman who arrived was on his phone and did not acknowledge my presence in any way. He walked right past me, popped the lock on my front door in 2 seconds THEN put his call on hold to charge me $50. When i questioned the price he proceeded to swear repeatedly, in front of my 15 yr old daughter, about the bullshit he has to deal with due to his competitors. I will never call this business again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Maaaannnnn I was in a bind and this guy saved me. After a series of mishaps, I was referred to Simon by the dealership my car was stuck next to. He was able to cut me a new key, remove the chip from the handle of my old key, all in less than 30mins and for cheaper than what it would have been if I took my car to the volvo dealership. Really nice guy and he was able to get to me really quickly too. My new go to guy from now on

Simon, the locksmith and I are on a first name basis. It pays to be unorganized... for Simon. Lucky for me, he is fast, kind, and definitely the sexiest locksmith in Eugene (for you single ladies)... and, he doesnt over-charge. Bonus. Hes the guy you want to unlock your door when you forget or lose your keys. Trust me. While hes unlocking your door, ask him about Blue Dog Mead... because hes one of those guys, too.
