Im a new Mother who desperately needed a break. My Mother in Law offered to watch my daughter while I went with my sister to get a pedicure, some lunch, and a beer or two. During this time, a package was delivered to my house. Not wanting to let my dog out, my Mother in Law quickly shut the front door behind her while she went to the porch to retrieve the box. In what must have been a terrifying moment for her, she realized with my baby in her arms, she was locked out. To make matters worse, my Mother in Law didnt have shoes on, her cell phone on her, AND it was raining. She made her way in wet socks, with a scared and crying infant, to a neighbors house and called Triple A. Triple A said they dont help with home lockouts, only car lockouts, but offered to put her in touch with Seatown Locksmith. Seatown Locksmith came within 15 minutes on a Friday and unlocked the front door so my newborn baby and Mother in Law could get safely inside and warm back up. What is even more amazing, is that they did this for FREE. They said when a child is involved, they want to do what they can to help. I came home and had no idea any of this had happened - my door worked perfectly. You would never have known that the knob had to be completely disassembled to get my family inside safely. They did an amazing job! Thank you so much Seatown Locksmith!!! You saved the day! Not only is my baby safe and warm because of you, but you made this so fast and easy that this stressed out Mama would never have known anything had happened if no one would have told me. If Im ever locked out again, you will be my familys first phone call.

Took a pair of keys I ordered off of the internet into Maurice to get cut and programmed. Unfortunately, I received keys that were not able to be programmed for my car. Maurice took the time to find me a refurbished key for my CR-V, get it cut and working, and helped me out on the cost since I had already cut two keys and paid. He turned a horrible situation into a great day for me. Awesome customer service, great guys, and good conversation while you wait. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would. Definitely taking all of my keys and needs to them, and referring everyone I know to go see Maurice at Seatown Locksmith.

If you need to get a transponder key cut and programmed for your car, and dont want to give the usual pound of flesh to the dealer, these are the guys to go to. They are fast and very knowledgeable, and really friendly. Best of all they cost a quarter of what anyone else will charge...about 50 bones to cut and program the key. Buy your blank online, or buy the blank from these guys. I bought my blank key online, brought it in and 10 minutes later I was good to go. You need to bring the car in for them to program the key. Important detail that I missed the first time.

Called this place up yesterday because i have a battery operated safe... batteries croaked and my keys were locked inside. He said bring it on in. I was afraid theyd have to drill the lock and id be out the money of having to replace a safe. I walked in, handed him my safe and literally 3 minutes and 15 bucks later i was on my way out. Very nice guy, professional and good at his job. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone who needs a locksmith.

They were booked up through the day, but still fit me in. Even though they didnt arrive to my house until after 7 pm. I needed a new key/code for my car. My car was difficult and didnt easily get its code reset (or something along those lines. Not too hip with the lingo). The guy who was working on it remained upbeat and kept working on it for over an hour and a half until he finally got it! I would definitely use these guys again!

Had to get a key fob for my Jeep programmed. Dealer price was ridiculous. Called Maurice and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He met me at his location on time and was finished with the programming in under 30 minutes. Very quick and professional service. Highly recommended! Thank you, Maurice!

Amazing customer service. I needed a car key cut and they had it done in less than 5 minutes. Later I came in seeking their help after someone put a piece of a plastic fork in my trunk lock. They were able to remove it and saved me from having to purchase a replacement lock. Thanks!
