These guys are awesome. Theyve provided lock and key service for a couple of places where Ive lived and/or worked, including some specialized high-security stuff, and they consistently provide friendly, efficient, quality service. I once called for their 24-hour mobile service, when I locked the keys inside an older Cadillac I owned. The car had some special security features in the design, and AAA roadside assistance couldnt get me in. Now, I had left the keys in the ignition, with the door key dangling from the ignition key inside the car. . . their mobile locksmith looked into the car with a flashlight, looking over the door key, and then went to his van. . . and cut a door key, that was a close enough match to open the door. I was pretty impressed. These guys are pros, solid all around. Cant recommend them highly enough.

30+ years ago, they maintained the locks at my Frat House. 10 years ago, they solved a weird problem with a house lock for me, and I vowed never to use another locksmith. Last week, they created a new key for my van, when the old one was so worn it didnt work very well, and couldnt be copied. Old school pride in their work, and I get the feeling it will continue, as there were a couple of young pups learning the trade when I was in there. I was looking at their key board "German", "French", "Old Japanese", "Eastern Europe" - so if your Yugo, Tatra, or Wartburg needs a key, you know where to go ;-)

My experience was with Dan and John who helped me salvage a thirty year old Schlagg lock in my office building waiting room. When I say these guys were professional, I mean they were knowledgeable problem solvers, they answered all my questions, and they worked to keep my costs down. They got the lock fixed as though it was the lock in their office waiting room: They saved my about $400 with their knowledge and creative problem solving. Pretty masterful locksmiths...definitely the first locksmith you should call every time!

This is the ONLY place Ill go now for getting keys copied, locks rekeyed or replaced. Their keys ALWAYS work, unlike the ones I used to get made at hardware stores or other places. When I bring in an old and worn key, they will make me a new master key for future copies. And their prices are extremely reasonable and the staff, not surprisingly, very knowledgeable. And they will always work with you to come up with the most economical and efficient solutions.

A fella here figured out a way to re-key my motorcycle luggage cylinders without needing to buy any new parts. No way was it worth his time, but he did it anyway. In a day and age when everything is disposable, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone actually think about a problem and figure it out!
