Fast, courteous, reasonably priced. I called three other locksmiths for quotes on a commercial re-key, and they didnt even bother calling back! Nadav had two other appointments but worked me in with only 2 hours notice. He not only answered my call, but followed up to let me know when he was on his way and when he arrived. He worked very quickly as he had another appointment to get to, but remained professional and courteous throughout. Rather than taking off immediately he patiently had me try each lock to ensure everything was working properly. He took three other calls as he completed my re-key, and very courteously told each of them he was with a customer and would call them back. For others in Marin County searching for a local locksmith, there are several that claim to be local but are NOT, but he is! I would definitely recommend Nadav, and I will use him again!

Ive moved into a new house with a rental unit. I wanted all of the keys replaced and deadbolts put on all the external doors. Nadav was very responsive, arrived soon after our call (our front door key had broken off in the lock mechanism). Our door is original to the house and I was concerned it would be hard to replace and match finish, but he had the parts on his truck and had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. He also helped us with a couple other broken latches in the house. Both professional and respectful.

Nadav and his assistant arrived very quickly, considering it was 8:00 PM, and were patient (with my 4 young children running around) and extremely kind & courteous. Nice job - opened a car with sophisticated anti-theft systems and made it look easy. By the Way, watch out - there are lots of lock services online that will offer the job for much less than $100 - they send someone and it ends up costing hundreds. Go with a local guy like Nadav.
