These guys were were great! All the other places I called gave me the run-around on their prices and said that I would need to pay to get an estimate done!?! I was able to get same day appointment to have my locks changed and they gave me a price over the phone. The technician was on time and didnt charge me more than what I was told. He was professional and I felt comfortable allowing him in my home, I will definitely be using them again.

The guys at Lock Works are amazing! They came to my rescue within 10 or 15 minutes. Dan drove his personal car to help me out since the company van was in the shop and wouldnt be done right away. He was friendly, polite and I felt he was honest with me too. If ever in need again, they will be first on my list. I put their office number in my phone so I know right where to go next time. Thanks guys, you were the best!

Great customer service. They cut keys for me that ended up not working ... I took them back and they fixed the problem, no questions asked and for no cost (did not even mention a cost). Great service to do that. Highly recommend.
