UPDATED REVIEW: In response to the below reply to Patricia, one of the owners, I see you are continuing to be untruthful in your responses. A 63 year old woman and an overweight middle aged man simply cannot carry/move a 200 POUND SAFE into a small building with the lights off. As I said in my Yelp review, the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Had your son parked the van alongside the building with the van facing the front of the store, the distance to carry things from the van to the store was shorter. No, your son parked and blocked me in on purpose, period; and it is not the first time such a slight has been perpetrated. You were not there, if you were, you would have come out of the store to see what was going on, and yet you did not; so any reasonable person reading your response can see that you are not telling the truth. Untruths like "ugly words" baiting your son, a lie. I was more than respectful to your son, just stern in my position that him inconveniencing me to his benefit with a self-righteous sense of entitlement (which you both keep exhibiting) was uncalled far and unwarranted. And he DID NOT say he was sorry when he moved the van, he grumbled about how it was his business and he should have the right to park wherever and however he chooses. Again, you were not there so you DO NOT know what was said between either of us, other than what he told you. The fact that you are still perpetuating the same lies of what was said and having everyone believe you are capable of lifting and moving a 200 pound safe is really pathetic. It all speaks volumes as to your lack of integrity, professionalism, and obvious disrespect for others. Went to Fred Meyer today, Sunday, when this business is CLOSED, and parked my car in the space in front of his shop. The owner going to the store saw my car and decided to park his work van behind my car blocking me in (took photo and shared with all my friends and co-workers in the area). I was NOT double parked, the parking lot was all but empty at 830am; his poor excuse for doing it, he was unloading things from his van. No he wasnt!! The shop door was still closed and locked; he was blocking me in just to be a jerk. After I left and got gas at the nearby Chevron, driving back by Fred Meyer I looked and saw that his van was gone, further proof he was NOT there to unload anything on a day that his business was closed. He was disrespectful in doing what he did, his attitude about doing it was rude, and as a result I will never use his services, and will not recommend anyone do so either.

Brought a lock in to get fixed. Said 3-5 days. 3 weeks later I called on July 5th. Talked to some lady and she put blame that I left no phone number. I did. Said she would handle personally. Its August 14th and I called. Said her husband working on it...handling personally? Blamed on vendors. Said wouldnt charge extra for taking so long. That statement caught me off guard. No calls or emails about status unless made by me. Offered $15 discount on having keys made. Not what I want. Dont go here. Too much hassle and they really dont care. Dont feel bad about not going local if locals lie. Read other reviews if disagree. Fyi

Brought in the only key I had for a truck, which had accidentally gotten bent. I was afraid if I tried to straighten the key it would break off, so I asked what they could do. She was able to make a perfectly working copy of the key while it was still bent. Then she offered to try and straighten my old key in a vice so I could use it to make copies. (Original keys are best for making copies) She was able to get it mostly straight without breaking it. Total cost, $4. I was very happy.

Doug and his son recently rekeyed multiple buildings on our farm and added deadbolts to several doors. They did a professional and clean installation, including all drilling and cutting for the new deadbolts. Doug also talked us out of some expensive cylinders we were considering, in favor of options more cost appropriate for a residential situation, and he was more than happy to let us source our own hardware for each door. Very happy with their work and service levels

These folks went above and beyond to make a new key for my sons car. It turned out to be quite a hassle but they honored the price they quoted me. Very good service. Thanks Pat!

Excellent service helped us out when we were stranded in the Fred Meyer parking lot. $110 total to replace my whole ignition. Awesome!
