A year after our Mum’s passing I still feel grateful to Lauren and Joe for making things more bearable for us. From moments after she passed, to the beautiful service, to receipt of her ashes, I felt we were working with close friends or family rather than a business. We will never forget the professionalism and kindness with which they guided us to make decisions that both honored our Mum and were cost-effective (something she also cared about!) at the hardest time in our lives. Their process was so efficient but low pressure on us. We wanted things just right, and they really were. Mummy would have wanted everything to go just the way it did. Many thanks and the highest recommendation for their services.

Lauren showed so much understanding and compassion as we coped with the difficult loss of our unborn daughter. She gently guided us through the process while we dealt with our grief at a time that had only recently been filled with so much hope and joy. She also went out of her way to waive fees - hers and those of the crematorium. Our family is deeply grateful for how she cared for us and our little girl.
