Normally I dont write reviews but this place is totally unprofessional and treats their employees like crap. The lack of professionalism that comes from management is unbelievable. They never have any decent paying jobs and most of the assignments that were offered to me were assignments that only lasted no more than 3 days. When I finally accepted a reasonable offer 4 months after my initial hire date, they sent me to the wrong place at 5 oclock in the a.m. 4 hours before the place even opened, 35 minutes away from my home. All they did was apologized and suggested that I wait around and sleep in my car (The day after Thanksgiving). Didnt offer any gas or mileage reimbursement but acted as though me asking for compensation for the inconvenience on their behalf was too much. There other temporary agencies out there that actually offer better jobs, helpful staff and actually care about their employees, avoid this place and look elsewhere.

I was hired by them, given an information packet and even a debit card to activate for direct deposits on payday. I was told orientation would be on Monday. Was given a call back that day and was told it was canceled and that they would call me with a date. Well, nothing but silence from them. I have emailed and called and theyve just told me theyll call me when they know when orientation is. Ive never actually worked for this company, Ive only been hired. But guessing by how unprofessional they have been with me Im going to say working for them is not worth it. Heres some advice, Phoenix: be more communicative with your employees.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Hard to contact. Rude wait staff when leaving a message. Had a family emergency come up and couldnt leave a message with the woman because she would hangup on me. TWICE. No thanks. Took four times to find me a job. Each time prior was a different excuse. "Had to be filled yesterday" "they put it on hold" "the position was filled" all because their unprofessional demeanor and lack of communication. Go to access employment professionals.

This is a good temp agency to work for. Made the hole experience fast and simple, everyone I talked to was very helpful and polite. After a sit down( which in total took 1 hour for all paperwork and interview) I was able to have an interview 2 days later. Thanks again Phoenix
