WARNING: Watch these Semi-Drivers on the expressway! During this mornings (1-28-16) rush hour commute, many of us were entering US-23 Southbound at Eight Mile Road. A MATRIX semi-driver (trailer #53131) was barrelling down US-23 full speed, in the right hand lane, without regard to 15, or so, vehicles entering from the short ramp at the Eight Mile location. This is a normal occurance at 7:05 a.m. on weekday mornings. You would assume that a driver out of Brighton, MI, just miles up the road, would know that. One of the little mid-sized cars was trapped on the ramp, to the semis immediate right, with the overpass abuttment looming. The little car was not trying to get around the semi...just get out of his way. Of course, by this time, the semi was forced to slow down, because of other traffic that had entered the expressway, making it even more difficult for the car to get over. This semi-driver had had room to move over to the left, and let traffic merge safely, but he was moving very fast on that curved portion of the expressway, and may not have felt safe doing so, or simply chose not to. The kicker of this story is, when the car was finally able to move to the passing lane, the semi-driver BLEW HIS HORN at the mid-size car that the TRUCKER prevented merging on the expressway! For what ever reason, he just seemed to have it in for that car. That little car had done nothing wrong! MATRIX may have Quality Services, but DRIVING isnt one of them!

Was fired from there for asking to fill up my water bottle after straining my back lifting a drive shaft. Warehouse management was bitter, and negative at all times, and this was reflected in the way they treated their employees. Headquarters management was even worse. After being terminated, they withheld a check of mine from over 2 months prior, and when I inquired about it they began hanging up the phone every time I called. After about 2 weeks of this I finally get my check in the mail with the words "...whatever" written on it. If you are seeking employment do NOT seek it here.

Company is a complete joke. They hire crackheads and methheads to work in their warehouse. The lady who runs the warehouse in brighton is a dealer (drugs) to the employees who work there. The owner and his son dont know a damn thing about trucking and how to keep accounts. My advice run like hell if your planning on having any dealing with this company. They dont know their asses from a hole in the ground. Especially the owners son who thinks he knows everything. Hes grossly incompetent. It is what it is. Good luck if you want to deal with these jokers.

Im a truck driver to delivery in this company in night time and for the company and the people who read this i have comment for Glen helmuth this guy is tremendous worker, nice to talk, a mean really hard worker and I hope the people in his company see that so that way he can grow up and continues served the way he do to everyone come to this company
