So this place is the best auto repair store ive ever been to. I hate to say this, but a lot of times being a female, a lot of stores try to take advantage of that and they will try to sell you all this stuff you dont need, or tell you that something dreadful is wrong with your car just to get you worried and then you feel trapped. I alwasy goto Phil Walters with a calm peace of mind. They dont try to upsell me a bunch of crap that I dont need. They ask questions like how much I use my car to determine for example what tires I would need. Prices are more than fair. Ive bought a set of tires this summer, and also an oil change since being here in Battle Creek for a year. They also helped me put new windshield wiper blades on my car that I ordered for no charge. Highly recommended that you all go here! Best in town, best in the state really in my opinion!

Im new to the battle Creek area, all these mechanics want to charge 30 or more to remove 1 lug nut when I can buy a removal tool for 28 this place is not a rip off and they are a great help thank you guys for excellent service
