I bought a car 3 months ago. Today I got a flat and Chapman was recommended to me. Their service was quick, but they scratched the rim of my tire in at least 4 places. I have a 2012 Civic Si which is a nice car bought new, they denied doing any damage, got hostile, and insulted me saying "what are you driving some kind of gold plated Lincoln??" I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO CHAPMAN TIRES!! The manager came out from behind the counter puffed out his chest as if he was going to fight me because they did CARELESS work on my brand new car. If I can figure it out, I will put up pictures of what they did to my rim. I have before and after pictures to prove it was them who did the damage. They are CARELESS and RUDE. AVOID THEM.

Got a flat tire on freeway called for tire was given a price for a tire on a shuttle bus. When we arrived to have tire installed we were told it was gonna be more because the shuttle bus would not fit in garage. They demanded payment before even showing us tire. It was close to closing time so we were forced to pay high prices for a low quality tire. Next time we will avoid this place and drive the extra 20 miles to the tire shop next to love travel center at exit 55 on I 71
