Dropped car off at 1030 for a low tire issue. Simply needed a patch or a new tire. Said it would be 2-3 hours. I came back at 1330 and no work was done on the car. In fact, their mechanic was looking under the hood of the car. Thats not fixing a tire. I dont know why you would need to look under the hood of a car if a tire is leaking air. Instead it takes them another hour to try and find the leak in the tire and they still couldnt find it. So, I had them replace it. While driving home that night, the brakes locked up numerous times almost causing a wreck. This has never happened before and that leaves me questioning what they did to the car. I will never take any of my cars back to Ken Towery.

A bunch of S.O.B. S Never will go back. Went in at 4: 45 P.M Saturday to have a pair of trailer tires switched out with new one s . Manager at the desk was jacking around with a customer with bad credit. 20 minutes past and he gets to me. Say he has no one to change them. B.S one car on the rack 4 Tec s running around the shop doing nothing. Tells me he will close in 45 minutes. Left store will never go back. I will take my business to BIG. O

After going to grocery, discovered tire going flat. Lots of frozen foods and I was sure they would be ruined. Very nice young man named Matt helped us change to a spare tire in a flash. Only reason not a five star rating is this location didnt have the tire we needed.
