Omg, I am Beyond happy & pleased & totally satisfied with the work I got done at Lord Automotive., Im just BIG mad that I didnt find him before I dealt with 4 other sooo called mechanics, that were just throwing part at me & got tons of money out of me & never fixed the problems.. He diagnosed the problem, got the $25.00 part I needed, and now my running better than ever & his prices are also reasonable!!!!I would highly recommend him & if I could I would give him a million stars... Awesome service from an honest, genuine guy! Went above and beyond by staying several hours past his business closing time to repair an oil leak in our vehicle in an emergency situation. He comes highly recommended, as anyone can see by reading this, and all the other 5 star reviews! Will definitely use his business for any, and all of our vehicle service needs!

I drove 31 miles to have my car serviced by Lord Automotive and I will do it again. Joe Lord, (owner) explained, and showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I am very pleased with the service provided and will certainly be a returning customer. It is worth the drive to Bedford because of the high quality of work and reasonable pricing.

Lord Automotive in Bedford, KY does excellent work. I had my engine replaced over 2 years ago and the experience was so great I go there for all my car needs from an oil change and tires to brakes and general maintenance. Highly recommended and worth the short drive from Oldham County! Fair prices and quality work. 10 stars in my opinion!
