Had a employee attempt to offer me service , to search system for my part as they do when you go here. Except my help was rude, lacked a knowledge of computer and parts storage area, not to mention also a pretty foul mouth. We ended our transaction for oil n wiper blades with, "Later Feller" and a quick refusal to show me how to change wiper blades because he was about to head out for the day. Dont Fool wit these clowns, OReillys will take Great Care of all your wants eeds.

Horrible service! Waited up front for 10mins before associate helped me, while a bunch of other guy employees talked in the back with their hands in their pocket. Wanted to price match some spark plugs but wouldnt honor online price quote. Went to Advanced Auto, waited on in less than a minute, found my plugs and priced matched without a problem. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Thats customer service, AutoZone on the other hand just lost my business.

Ok. Service can be sparse and a little slow at times. I go because it is close to my house. They will replace your wipers for you, but you have to ask.
