Do not be fooled, I am from Illinois and am reviewing a store in Kentucky- My wife was traveling and ended up having a starter problem. Im a 15 year mechanic and had to diagnose everything over the phone for her, with the help of some of the people standing next to her. We came to the conclusion that it was the starter that junked out, and after calling the nearest DEALERSHIP, they said they wouldnt be able to get the part for us for FOUR MORE DAYS. The next call was to this store. The gentleman there helped coordinate EVERYTHING. He made the calls to get a part lined up, he said they could get my wife fixed up and back on the road as soon as the tow truck got there, and he was even waiting for her as the tow truck drove into the lot. They cleared room on a lift for her car, pushed it in, and got the starter changed and my wife back on the road. She drove the 6 hours back home, so we could catch our 6am flight the next morning. To the staff at this store, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. As a dealership and auto repair facility employee myself, these are the things that make it worth it when helping a customer in need. The prices were right on the mark for what the repair was. She wasnt overcharged or taken advantage of being a woman in need. The MVP in all of this was "Donald" who, again, facilitated everything from start to finish, and got her back on the road again. We sought out a competent repair facility to get her going in an emergency, and they came through for us hardcore. Grand Slam, guys. Writing this from 6 hours away, as my wife is pulling in the driveway, all thanks to you guys!

The Service team at this Goodyear store did a top notch brake job for me for my 2005 Avalanche. We asked for their help on some brake squeaking problems. They went over the entire brake system, found the problem and repaired the brakes. In addition, they backed their work 100%. If youre looking for a competitive and competent auto repair center you can trust, this is the place. Mike, the Service Center manager, knows automotive repair and has built a good team of mechanics. His Service Manager, Chris, is very astute and makes sure their customers are satisfied.

Mike is the nicest man ever! I couldnt have asked for a better person to help me with my car, that broke down on the highway! And they worked hard on my car to help me get on my way back on my trip! He went out of his way to help, way out of his way and I couldnt thank him enough!

Too bad after the fire they had some of the good mechanics they had left. And now theyre over priced and dishonest Wend I question an overcharge the service writer walked it back. And still managed to over charge and the repairs were no good or not done as far as I could see

We have used them a few times with multiple vehicles at this location. Staff is always friendly and strightforward. We are always under their impression that they are doing what needs to be done and NOT constantly up selling like most repair experiences we had elsewhere.

Having car trouble on a cross country trip, ran into Mike accidentally at Cracker Barrel. He looked at my car right then. Brought it in the next morning. Prompt friendly service. Mike is a gem. God watching over me for sure. Thanks Mike.
